Did a professional business do the vinyl job? Feel or look the flat surfaces of the vinyl for bubbles?

Not sure exactly - it was done by the former owner of the guy selling this truck (https://reading.craigslist.org/cto/6163653782.html) so I'll have to ask him. It looks like a pretty tidy install, but I'm not sure what's under it...
