Tank size reset 2015 f350 6.7

How can I tell the dealer to lookup the procedure to reset the tank size from 26 to 50?

You can do it yourself with forscan. Probably save a lot of money in the process PLUS add a powerful tool to your toolbox.

The tank size is a programmable parameter in the IPC (instrument panel cluster). They can hook the IDS to the truck and reset it. It takes longer to hook the IDS up than the time to change the parameter.

My local dealer said it couldn't be done. I found a dealer in Louisville that had it done it no time. Made me rethink who is working on my truck locally. It did cost but it seems to work fine.

Have to love the extended range of a larger tank.

Titan and TransferFlow sell 65 gallon tanks for the 2011-2016 LWB trucks. They also sell a 50 gallon tank for the SWB trucks. The initial price is a bit costly but worth it over the long haul.

It wont go beyond 999 DTE, so 16.8*65=1,092 miles. (Not that I would use 65 gallons)
65 gallon.
