It's unfortunate and frustrating that Cotus and Etis aren't working more smoothly. It's really great when the information is there, but it becomes doubly frustrating to those who don't get their info. I really sympathize with you! Maybe it will be a small comfort to know - and I can assure you from personal experience that this is true - that when you set behind the wheel of your new truck for the first time, you will scarcely remember the frustrations of the wait!
Well figured I would hop into this thread as I am patiently waiting for my new rig. Ordered a KR Ruby Red with just about every option. Ordered 5-13 and had a VIN within a day or 2. COTUS worked right through, I had a window sticker on 6-5 and have a Delivery date of 6-28. Currently the truck is "In Production" Really can't wait!
Well I went in and checked COTUS for an update and my ETA pushed out a week from 7-2 to 7-9...ARGHHHHH But since it is already in production I am thinking that this extension will have something to do with transportation from the factory to the dealership and since I haven't heard anything from my salesman since before I got my VIN (all I received from him was order number, rest I got from COTUS) I doubt if he will be much help. I'm hoping that if it pushes out it can also be brought back in.

Congrats! As for me I ordered 5-10 and it's still "in processing" with 19 days till expected delivery? Never have seen the window sticker either it says not available check back later. Did you order crew cab? I ordered the super cab, perhaps that's the reason for the delay. Checked with my Salesman yesterday for any info and he was of no help at all.
My truck is a crew cab, my sales guy is has a order sheet that has a estimate of delivery week of 6-26. I ordered the spray in liner and he said that may hold us up slightly. We will see what happens. Luckily I am so busy with work that the days go by pretty quick.
My dealer is 178 miles from the Ford truck plant. I just got on Ford chat to check my eta for my truck that was built on Tuesday. They tell me June 21st. 15 days to go 178 miles.
The ETA in cotus is seldom accurate. My ETA changed 3 or 4 times, always pushed out further each time, and based on where my truck is right now (about 5 miles from my house) it will be delivered earlier than the original ETA still.
A lot can happen that is totally out of Ford's hands during the 'In transit_to_Actual_Delivery steps. Unless my truck sits at the rail yard for a month, mine shows up 2 weeks earlier than the original cotus ETA. More art than science.
Some how my ETA dropped 3 days but ill be away on business so it's not going to do me any good if it comes in sooner. But all in all order on 5/17 and ETA of 6/23 is pretty darn good. A lot of things must have gone right with my build also to have a build date of 6/6 and in transit of 6/8 and that's including the spray-in liner.
That is good turn around. Anything under 2 full months is considered really good, IMO.
I ordered on 4/20 and as long as there are no snags at the local rail yard, I'll come in right at 8 weeks. Also got the spray in liner... my dealership normally does those but someone burnt down their spray shop this spring.
Well I just found out that I will probably have a long wait ahead of me.. My dealer placed my order with a priority level of 19.... that is the lowest level available on a customer order. And that some orders of higher priority could actually push my build and delivery further out.
