Trans issues

Installed a 37 row Mishimoto cooler in place of the stock 9 row on my 2000 F350, now converter trying to lock up in reverse, and after turning the truck off and getting out I heard a crackling/buzzing sound coming from the transmission pan that lasts for half a minute or so after shutdown.
