Engine Brake
I'm sure I'm overlooking the information in the owners manual but I haven't figured out how to turn the engine brake off. I know how to turn it on but for the life of me the off position has alluded me.

- First press: Manual Engine Braking
- Second press: Automatic Engine Braking
- Third press: Engine Brake Off
The manual isn't very clear. On page 221 it simply says you can turn it on and off by pressing the button, and then only goes on to tell you to press it once or twice.
