I changed mine with synthetic and I ended up needing to add friction modifier to it. I didn't notice it until I was making sharp turns in store parking lots with the 5th wheel hooked on.
I used this stuff thinking it had FM in it however even this Motorcraft Syn needs FM ( XL-3) added to it.
I'm going to try half a bottle of FM (XL-3) first.

Valvoline and Royal Purple state right on the container that it is added already. These I've used in trucks with no issues. Yes, not all synthetics are equal.

I used Valvoline for that very reason. Still had to add.

Some have less modifier than others.
I also had to add some to mine because it was popping on corners too much.
And the fluid I used also came with it already in it. Just not enough.
