Shock Hardware - What do I need?
Hey guys, I've been doing a little maintenance on the Excursion, and bought some KYB MonoMax shock for my 2003 4X4 V10, stock suspension.
This afternoon while doing the rotors/brakes/calipers, I noticed it appears there are bushings, and/or washers on the stock shocks.
Where do I find this hardware? Nothing came with the KYB shocks other than the shocks/boots/zip ties and stickers.
Thanks in advance

I think I was looking at cracked rubber in the washers. I don't know to what extent they cracked yet, maybe it's normal, just wanted to make sure no other parts are necessary before I started the project. I'm changing them out while wifey is away at work, and thus no second car to chase parts.
I'm 100% the KYB's are complete, including the cross "T".

Well, that was pretty uneventful and simple enough.
Since I didn't have any kite string (or twine) to compress the front shocks that did not come strapped, I improvised and used zip ties.
I looped them together, and it worked out well. Tightening the zip tie loops allowed for a lot of height control of the shock. One adjustment and the shock slid on fine, and then I duplicated the same number and size of the zip tie loops on the other shock and it went on fine, the first time.
Thanks again guys.
