One brand you might want to consider is a Northstar pop-up. I believe they make a model that you can keep your tailgate attached. You might be fairly close geographically to their manufacturing facility. Check them out online and give Rex, the owner, a call. From people I have talked to, he is very willing and open to taking calls from customers and prospective customers.
