Rear spring hangars

I should probably start a new thread on this, but not quite sure how to do it. I was searching "fuel lines" and found this. Did you just replace the rubber, or the whole line? if just the rubber, did it take any special steps to transition from metal to new rubber? If the whole line, where did you find them?
Thanks, Rich

Thanks NS! I actually knew that but I wasn't sure if it would take the quote over to the knew thread and let BirdHunter know I was commenting on his post.

Well, I finished this job over the weekend....it is a BITCH to do with the bed and fuel tanks in place! Access is extremely tight on the left side, the fuel tanks and fuel lines are in the way.
The old hangars were rusted almost completely through!
I normally only use OEM parts on my truck, but the quality of the factory parts was obviously below par (more on this later) so I used the Dorman kit. Stripped off the paint that they come with and gave them 2 coats of epoxy paint-hopefully good for a long time.
The hardware included with the Dorman parts was crap-the bolts were fully threaded, allowing for considerable slop, which I didn't like. Spent quite a bit buying grade 8 bolts with 7/16 (rear) and 1/2 (front) shoulders on them which locate the hangars more solidly to the frame.
The factory spring hangars used on 90's Fords are obviously junk...mine were rusted away to nothing, and the rest of my truck isn't rusty (I live in a dry climate)
Just for comparison, I took a look at my dads 76 F250, which is 20 years older than my truck and has been a snowplow truck for over a decade. His spring hangars are in good shape!
