Upper ball joints

I have an 06 F-150 4x4 with 203,000 miles. The truck has the Rancho Quick Lift levelling kit. Last week I had 315/70/17 BFG KO2s installed. The tire shop says the upper ball joints are bad. From what I've read, to replace the upper ball joints, I have to replace the entire upper control arm. The lower ball joints were replaced at 145,000 miles, so they have 60,000 miles on them. So, here's my question- since I'm gonna have a half day tied up doing the uppers, should I go ahead and do the lowers, or do y'all think just leave em alone?
Thanks.

tops are simple... lot more work involved on the lowers. I would wait.... mark the uppers and try to put bolts back in the same place.. may need alignment after.

All things being equal, you've still got another 90K left on the lowers. If you don't think you're going to have the truck that long then I wouldn't touch them.
