Question Replacing Lower ball joints

Are the lower ball joints hard to replace on a 2wd? What about the uppers?
They look to be easy with a ball joint clamp.

Ford recommends replacing the whole assembly, not just the ball joint. That said, no replacing the ball joints is not that big of a deal if you've done this type of work before.

You mean all four joints, upper/lower on both sides? That is my plan. Or are they saying control arm also?

Control arms too....they also don't recommend cleaning the throttle body (say it must be replaced when it gets dirty).
