With all the attention being placed on the light bulbs, I was reminded that the plastic lenses on our vehicles can get messed up due to the UV coating failing and turning white/beige and affecting the quality of light being projected from the housing.
There is a product called Kleerlenz available from www.serviceprosupply.com that has worked well for me. It's something that you can use to renew headlamp lenses without the expense of buying aftermarket or OEM ($$$) replacements
Anyway, just wanted to mention in the hope it is useful to some of the members.
I gave the revers lights to my friend and they do not work, he said they do not fit in the reverse light socket, but instead fit in the taillight socket. So I guess I need to return them.

That can not be right unless you purchased the 3156 fitment instead of the 921 fitment?
I purchase what Retro Solution said would work. It is the 2nd or 3rd post in this thread.
Our bad, we were confused on which fitment you had there. Your friend would need the 921 fitment instead of the 3156. We can swap those out if your friend wants the correct ones that fit though, just shoot us an email with your order number in reference if you would: sales@retro-solutions.com
