Dammit! Another weekend without my truck. The parts came in today and supposedly they will have it ready Monday afternoon. Don't know what parts they had to replace but I will find out then. Meanwhile I'm tooling around in my stylish 3500 HD flatbed. LOL.

Mine didn't show up right away when I heard rumor of this. Don't think the message gets out to everyone right away

Got the TSB completed and the DPF filter screen enabled and he was right, mine had all kinds of updates to do...
PCM,TCM and a whole list of others to be updated.. Just put a few miles on it with the new programs and the truck is a good bit stronger and a different shifting strategy..

I got mine done yesterday and the dealer told me that they put in a bracket to help hold the transmission lines.

Inspected by Dealer -- no problem

Took my truck in. They inspected the truck and it did not need any repair. If it ain't broke --- don't fix it.

The repair is to add a bracket or washer to prevent a future failure, if you got the letter the dealer needs to add that washer.
