Thanks again for all the input guys. I just got home from a work trip to California and I'm excited to get to work on the 53. I have a few things to finish up on the 75 first, but after that truck is back on the road I have a feeling a lot of my time and money will be going into this rig.

We caught another one heh heh, Glad to hear your going to go ahead with your 53. As all the guys have stated there is more knowledge and experience here than you can shake a stick at. And every time someone new comes into the fold we get to learn more stuff also, besides giving our own experiences and knowledge. If you want to ask questions or just gab about your truck we are all ears...or in this case all eyes, don't forget to give us pictures.

The community I live in is named Oso, and we have a pretty decent bear population here. 🐻 many a night has been spent chasing them out of the trash.

better than mine when I started. Looks like you are in Oregon. There are several good annual swap meets in the area, Portland and Monroe. They are coming up in the next several months. Portland is the bigger of the two.

Where in OR are you. I'm replacing my stock seat with a pair of bucket seats out of a minivan. My original seat is available for a really good deal.
