This is temporary until I can find a replacement but it did stiffen it right up.

Got the mid ship sender in today. Perfect fit. Fifty dollars is alot better than the 180 I was quoted from nos.

I know this is an older thread, but I'm curious about a couple of things regarding the rear tank sending unit. Does it matter that the original unit was a 3/8" dia line as opposed to the 5/16" dia line on the Bronco ii sending unit? And also, did the wiring plug from the truck, plug directly into the terminals on the Bronco ii sending unit?

Hey, sorry for the late reply. I did a lot of asking around when i did this and everyone said the difference wouldnt be noticable unless you were on a drag strip. I dont think it will change anything. I wish i could tell you how it works but i am still not done with this truck lol. I am getting heavy into it again and it will be running in a few months so i will be sure to let you know how it goes. Also recently i have discovered that you can buy the tubes to install on the sending unit and put whatever size you want on there. Hope this helps
