keypad door lock code?
Dealer or if you have an IDS. I went to the dealer and it took 5min to get it.
It's also on the GEM if I remember kind of a pain to get to.

If you have the owners manual booklet, there is a white credit card looking thing in there. It will have the code on it.
If you don't have that, then take it to the nearest Ford dealership. They can tell you, unless it was changed by the previous owner.
Mine doesn't work at all and they want $250 to replace it, so I went to the Ace Hardware, and had a spare key made that I keep in my wallet.
Now I can start my truck, lock it, and come back and use my spare in my wallet.

I have the same vehicle, looked in the usual places for weeks. Here is how to find it.
Remove the fuse box cover under the steering wheel. Get a flashlight or headlamp. Lay on your back with head near the throttle.
Look to your left up on the transmission hump tight against the firewall.
Mine was a gray colored box. Label is facing away from you. Points to the front seat. Had to push insulation out of the way.
I had to use a mirror and reflected the headlamp off it and read it backwards on the mirror.

It's not on the GEM it's the VSM (Vehicle Security Module)
You might need more than that. On the newer models or ones that have
had the VSM replaced it not on them any more is what I have been told.
And a side note on newer Fords, to get the code all you need are both keys. With all the doors closed, You put one key in the ignition and turn it ON but don't start. Wait 5 seconds or so then turn it off immediately removing the first key and installing the second key. Turn the second key on but don't start and watch the in dash display. It will give you the factory set passcode.
