Lots of good info here. I have TW tunes and are not rated in horse power.
1. High Idle
2. daily
3. light tow
4. heavy tow
5. street
6. extreme

I am hoping he "properly" tuned them as he new all what was done or not done to my truck but this all makes me wonder a little. At least I can prove to my wife I need to get a fuel pressure gauge. Boy I cant wait

The high idle I don't understand. Is that for cold climates for startup?

I'm essentially going to have an identical setup to my Max (bubba Jones) on his bronco so I kind of know what to expect, but my chip will have a few more tunes than him, and my truck is a longbed.

I am anticipating to be excited about it. It will be more powerful than my 24 valve dodge ever was, as I left that truck completely stock the 4 years I owned it.

I use my high idle when im winching stuff on my trailer.

Gets the alternator spinning quicker and gives me more juice.

For sure. You always want sustained proper fuel pressure to ensure long injector life.
But briefly dipping to 40 or 45 psi every so often won't cause severe injector wear. 30 psi often, not a good idea, I don't think.
It's always recommended to have proper fuel, and with the OBS trucks, that means any injector upgrade should have an e-fuel system. Otherwise you'll have to run in a low hp tune, and then what's the point of having big injectors if you have to run them at 1/2 power because you don't have an e-fuel system to support them.

I definitely plan all the usual mods with injectors, but until then I will have to back off some. I already have an intercooler installed on my truck, but one of the previous owners who did the work I guess never hooked it up. Not sure which one I have get, just know it's there. So if it's still good, I figured it would be cheapest to get the intercooler done first, then e fuel or hpop next. My buddy just got the Bar None kit and feels confident we can build a kit for me now that we have seen what's in the kit.
