Fuel Mod Questions.
I will have my chip back from Jody soon and want to do some fuel mods for power and better milage. I plan to use the ITP hutch kit and do the harpoon mod as well. I am not sure about the helper pump mod. With it pushing more fuel, will it decrease the fuel milage? Also , would I need to make any changes to the return lines with the helper pump?

It shouldn't change mileage unless your stock pump is weak, and then it should improve your economy. The injectors have to get a full charge of fuel to get proper atomization. You don't need to do anything with the return line for the kicker pump.

With stock injectors a stock fuel pump in healthy condition should be able to feed fuel just fine. On my truck i have the fuel pressure bumped up to about 68 psi currently. On my highest setting I can watch the fuel pressure drop about 4 psi on a WOT run. That's it, and that pump has over 100K miles on it.
