Looks like it is possible to back in but a pain. The front hitch will help a ton. It is too bad you have what looks like a retaining wall in the way for a straight approach. Will you have room to just hookup the truck and drive out when you leave or will that also be tricky? Love the driveway nice and roomy even if it is a little awkward.
Whenever I have someone "helping" me I just ask them to tell me to stop if it looks like something bad is about to happen. This has seemed to simplify things.
So I can spend $1249 per axle (total $2500) to use it the last 5 minutes of a boating weekend (has to be mounted for each use, it is not submersible), or I can spend $200 for a front hitch and/or $100 for a wireless IP camera. Hmmm..... tough call.
Oh yeah... do sign me up for the costly and time-consuming display of ineptitude with training wheels on my yacht. That's akin to mounting 4 electric trolling motors on my boat every time I want to dock. I'd be up on the bow, excitedly shouting with a remote in my hand "I'm a sailor! I'm sailing!"
Baby steps, Tug..Babysteps..lol. Whatever, get the front hitch then, haha...i didn't read much into it. Just thought of it, and that link popped up so I shared it....
Or, better yet, just work with the city to get approval for modifying the curbing with a second driveway entrance, and then you have a completely straight shot into the storage space.
I'm surprised Rich doesn't have LED lights in the driveway, setup like runway/landing lights.
In all seriousness, that could work. And if you are thinking about WIFI cameras, why not mount and overhead one on the house, pointed towards your parking spot?
When you come home, link to the camera and watch your boat and truck position.

Shouldn't be difficult.
Lol it would be like playing old school GTA 1. But would cost real money when you crash. I love it.
An old skid steer would be far cheaper than moving a pole if utilities there are anything like northern MN. And it would have the distinct advantage of being able to move that curb and make quick work of all that snow he had this winter. But I think Rich has a pretty decent working solution for a tenth or less of all of our "awesome" ideas.
That and fork lifts stink off of flat level concrete surfaces. I've seen those things get stuck trying to cross a leveling plate. And seen plenty buried to the frame on compacted gravel.
On a different note. When I was in college on of the senior design teams made an electric hand trolly for pulling cesnas out of their hangers. It hooked up to the front landing gear drove like a pallet jack and folded up and weighed less than fifty pounds so you could take it with. If it could push your boat up the drive it would be some sweet action.

I have reflectors in the driveway... does that count?
The fixed camera idea is pretty cool, but the portable camera on the boat means I can use it in any future situation away from home.

Yeah... that ain't gunna happen. I'm under a main spur for a lot of juice. It would be cheaper to move.

That's actually not outrageous... a few weeks ago.

Reflectors can certainly be helpful. As you know, having a reference point(s) at the same location/distance is more accurate than depth perception judgement- especially via mirrors and from a distance
The fixed WIFI camera at home would give you very accurate and helpful overhead views at home, where you want to be most accurate. It will stay in that position and you'll have to move around it for some period of time, vs getting "close enough" to launch or recover your boat to the trailer.
But you can certainly do BOTH. Wifi makes that pretty simple with the setups/displays you run in your truck. As you've pointed out, the cameras are pretty cost effective.
Heck, hook your home Wifi to a motion-detection + DVR and you can have a mini security system...or install or add to a video security system and have one camera be your overhead that serves a dual purpose. Many systems can be monitored remotely by smartphone apps these days
