What is the best way to remove rusted radiator support bolts? I don't have a torch and grinder doesn't seem to fit in there. I need to pick up some sawzall blades. Was going to try that next. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.
If already have not done so, suggest applying penetrating oil and let set overnight. found it worked wonders when it came to disassembly front suspension.
Found in these situations, may have better success with direct applied force using an impact gun/wrench, as opposed to side force using a breaker bar? If you have a long extension and able to secure the bolt from the top, and an impact wrench/gun, using a deep impact socket on the nut from the bottom may be able to break the nut loose??
You can pick up a torch for pretty cheap and it can be pretty useful to have around. For example, I used my torch the other day to melt some cheese on a burger I was about to eat.
I just did this on a parts truck. I used a cut off wheel just above the big washer right into the rubber on the bottom side. Smokes some but cuts right off. Core should lift right up after the bolt is cut.

Ah, 10-4. I'll be making the attempt on a fully put together vehicle. Probably be a good idea to go ahead and add some support before I start taking anything apart!
