Radiator Support
I have a 99 F-350. I started to put a 3" Body lift in it and I am haveing problems with the Radiator Support bolts. Do the bolts that go through the support into the frame threaded into the frame and how do you get them out. Can some help me, or give me some ideas on how to get them out to lift it.

If you are talking about the upper radiator support, I had to remove the bolts on mine this weekend to install the coolant filter bracket. One came out fine. The other one was just spinning. I use a slot screwdrive to put upward pressure under the bolt, and it came out. Then I heard something fall down. The bolts go through a hole in the frame, into a nut that is clipped to the frame. The clip on the bolt I had trouble with was broken. That nut is what I heard fall down. I used a magnet to pick it back up and was able to use a screwdriver to hold pressure on it to reattach the new stud. Hope that helps.
