How much do you want to spend?
If you like doing things twice then go with the cheap ebay items, otherwise spend the extra on a name brand.
If your delta is ok then no need to do an oil cooler.

I like the welded with 304 SS. Cheap and gets the job done. You know either way you're going to have that nagging check engine light unless you have a SCT tuner to turn it off.

I believe the CEL only became an issue after 04 model year, if my memory serves me. My 05 will throw CEL, hence SCT would be necessary.

I agree with this. I bought the sinister delete prior to the smart guys figuring out the stealth method. If I could do it over, without much pain and cost, I would do the stealth delete.

At the cooler. This might help give a picture and give an idea of what NOT to use. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1...gr-delete.html
