What truck(s)? F-150 2WD and 4WD frames are the same, but F-250 and F-350 2WD have coil front springs while 4WD have leafs. So F-150 4WD to F-150 2WD will bolt on, but anything else gets at least a little more complicated.
That means either you'll need to use the 351, trans and transfer case from the donor, or else you'll need to get a 4WD trans for the 460. You can't put the transfer case on a 2WD trans, and you can't put a 351 trans on a 460.
And you still haven't said what trucks you have. I don't think there were any 460 F-150s in this era, so it sounds like the 2WD is an F-250 or F-350. That complicates things, since those are coil sprung but the 4WD versions had leafs. You'll need to either fab up some leaf spring mounts or figure something else out. It won't be just a bolt-on like it would if both trucks were 1/2 tons.
