It's pretty hard tell where it is leaking from without seeing the trans in person and NO description from you. My best guess is it's leaking from somewhere under the truck.

let me clarify. Im not asking where its leaking from. Im asking if anyone knows of any COMMON leak spots Like iv heard from multiple people the main seal tends to leak when it gets hot

Theres a line that runs from the transmission up into the cooler. I'm not sure if the line is going to the cooler or not that's just what I assumed. But theres a small pipe on that line with two clamps on it. My truck is a bit leaky from that pipe. also the transmission fluid pan can get a bit leaky as well. To find that pipe just follow the lines on the trans up under the engine.

I think i know what your talking about. I replaced a rubber hose in the middle of one of those lines but ill have to look into it more. As for the trans pan that may be what the main leaks coming from actually. Its not much not enough to make noticable drip spots but You can tell its leaking
