Not entirely unreasonable. That's all OEM stuff correct?

I would inspect the oil filter and cap and the valve/spring at the bottom.
You might have the wrong filter/cap pair and getting UNfiltered/UNcooled oil flowing through the oil cooler bypass valve at the bottom of the filter housing. This would be very bad, and with your EOT that high, seems more likely, if drop to idle (hpop pressure drops, you might see rapid drop in EOT)

OEM Ford Cap is short and NEEDS a Ford OEM filter, avoid the aftermarket brand filters that require their own cap to work "right", sometimes.

I probably haven't posted it enough, but I think you guys are barking up the wrong tree with the Oil Cooler Bypass Valve.
I drove around without a valve in there which would simulate the worst condition for a valve to be in and only saw a 12° difference in my EOT vs. ECT. When I installed the valve, my temp difference dropped to 7°.

Not saying that's what your blaming Misky, but that seems to be the buzz around here lately.

What valve are you guys talking about? I thought the issue was that the aftermarket caps are too tall, leading the filter to not reach the bottom, thus allowing unfiltered oil to get through the system. The Ford cap is shorter, which makes the filter come into contact with the bottom ensuring all oil is actually passing through the filter.
