Vacuum help needed!

I have a 93 460 4x4 e40d. I had a rat get in and chew some vacuum line up and I'm still struggling to repair all them. I checked the vacuum diagram and didn't get much help from that. The lower one goes to the vacuum reservoir. But the rest I have no idea. This line is just right of the egr valve.
Here's an up close.
I believe one connects to this for the air system. Not sure though.
and understand how to repair the colored lines: pink, red, white. But there's a few that have me at a loss.
As you can see I put a nipple over each port to stop the leak. But I would like to fix it properly. I have no idea where these go and can't seem to figure it out from the vacuum diagram. The 3 ports in the picture are located directly behind the distributor. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So your vacuum diagram should show that you have these devices connected to vacuum. Find these devices, and see that they are connected.

MAP SENSOR -bk
AIR CLEANER - bk/y
SPEED CONTROL - bk/br
BRAKE BOSTER - by/y letters
DISTRIBUTER - red
TRANSMISSION - bk
CHECK VALVE - bk
SOLENOIDS - pk

If you check your codes, you may get an idea of what devices are affected by no vacuum connection.

The Vacuum tank for the emission system should be like this:

The vent system vacuum tank and check valve should look like this:

The outside air vacuum motor with a white vacuum line:

The emission vacuum diagram should look like this:

And the 1993 Vent vacuum system:

may not be much help, but it should go to the biggest port on vacuum tree, brake booster vacuum hose is 3/8, the rest are smaller in comparison
