Dually Milage
What are you guys getting for milage? The more I drive this truck the worse it seems to get. Just filled up, drove about 50 miles on the interstate with the cruise set at 75 and I averaging 9.1 mpg. 17' 350 Platinum with 3.55 4x4. Stock height. Swapped to 295/65/20 and added a Retrax cover.
I wasnt expecting great great milage but this is much worse than I was hoping to get

I'm getting about the same. Agreed on the regen, if you see your MPG on your trip meter taking a hit (especially if you're recently reset it), you're likely in a regen.

There's no doubt that the regen strategy is different for these 2017's. My 2011 would start and finish a regen in about 10-15 miles. I've watched the regen on this 2017 go for 30 miles and the DPF soot load percentage drops much more slowly. On the other hand, the DPF seems to fill up more slowly as well. The net difference may be zero but it sure is different.
