Please identify this alternator bracket 1964 c code
I recently pulled an alternator bracket (Fixed) from a 1964 F250 with a C code engine. I believe that the C code decodes to a 292 engine. Although I believe that in 1964 there may have been an alternator option, I don't believe that bracket was original to the truck I can't find an engineering number on the bracket
and was hoping to learn more about the bracket.
It looks similar to a C5TE-10156-A brackets that I have seen before but I don't know.
It looks a lot like an ordinary generator bracket for a Y-block. You say it had an alternator, do you have pics of the other components?
I don't have pics of the other components. The generator was no longer attached to the truck. the bracket was one of the brackets that was holding the alternator.
