Anyone know what this bracket is for? Referring to the bracket on the front side of the passenger head that the ground wire is going to.
Facts: 1985 F350 with a 460. Had a pre-smog alternator bracket (I removed before photo). Not sure if PO swapped it (bracket) or if a pre-80's 460. Photo is from under the engine looking at the passenger side (behind/above alternator)
May be common but I don't think I've ever seen one (my 3 460's don't have it but they also have the smog alt bracket). Just curious if it's something stock or just rigged up for some unknown purpose.
