You have to do some checks to see what this situation is.
Good luck..
When you turn the key have someone listen to see if you hear the starter solenoid click and starter motor kick... If so, then Bluegrass is right......... loss of oil pressure is not good.......... try to turn the motor over with a breaker bar on the crank pulley, or big screwdiver - prybar on the flywheel teeth.
When you turn the key "ON", but not to START, you should see the THEFT light lightup for 3 seconds then go out... at the same time the fuel pump in the tank will run for 3 seconds to charge the fuel rail pressure......... does that happen ? Do your headlights work ?
It certainly doesn't sound good & Bluegrass7 and Steve(ill) make very good & valid points.
Another quick check to try is to slip the serpentine belt off and try to start it...if it starts or at least turns over pretty normally, then you know something on the belt drive is the issue & causing the locked up
