Yeah.. I work with a bunch of people that moan and groan about their joints, and having to move around.. Kicker is they are all 20ish years younger than me. For the most part my body moves pretty good for the shape it is in, but there is going to be that day when I feel younger than I am and its going to bite me in the butt.
