Exclamation leaking intake manifold

Hello I was hoping someone on the forum could help me. I have a class A motorhome with a big block 460 motor. The intake manifold is leaking oil from the front and rear very badly about 2 qrt's in about a 100 miles maybe even more. The question I have is can anti freeze get into the motor from the intake? I ask this because the oil is now milky, I have done a compression test and it appears that the head gasket is okay thanks in advance for any help or input to my question.

Yes coolant flows from the heads into the intake. If it's loose you could get coolant in the oil.
