No noise when headlights left on ??

No noise when headlights left on ??
i have a 92 f350 and everytime i leave the headlights on theres no buzzer or noise like my other cars, i left them on all first period at school today. Should there be a noise when i leave them on and shut the truck off ?

If lights are on and you open the door, a chime goes off in my '91. You can just barely hear mine b/c my chime module is bad, could that be your problem? Does your interior dome light work? That's how it finds out if the door is open or not.
That is the same chime module that dings when you leave your key in the ignition with the door open - does that work? If not, your chime module is probably bad or a PO removed it.
