Windshields
Can anyone tell me if a 1975 F100 windshield will fit my 1967 F100? I've been told that 1967 through 1979 will work, but want to be sure before I buy one out of a 1975. Thanks in advance for your response.

Welcome to FTE
Same clear, tinted and sun band windshields:
1967/72 F100/750 / 1973/79 F100/880 / 1978/79 Bronco.
The 1967/72 windshield weather strip is 1967/72 only, and there are two different types:
C7TZ-8103110-A = Use
without stainless steel windshield reveal mouldings / Reproduced
C7TZ-8103110-B = Use
with stainless steel windshield reveal mouldings / Reproduced
Carpenter has both these weather strips listed in his 1967/79 truck repro parts catalog using these Ford part numbers.

Thank everyone for the information. I truly appreciate it. I'll have to check with safelite if I don't find a good one soon.

You ought to call them now. Last I heard somewhere, brand new ones are only about $150.00.

Any "vintage" glass windshield will likely be pitted and scratched by now most likely. Night driving is no fun with trashed glass. And, they take a bit of luck as well as skill to remove, and install, without breakage.
Old glass loses some of its flex-appeal I guess. So for the most part, going with new glass makes sense. Not saying it can't be done, just the hassle factor and aggravation. Let the pros worry about it. YMMV
