EBP/MAP & turbo issues

Alright guys I this is my first post on here due to not being able to resolve an issue. I have done a ton of research online and it's led me no where. 08 6.4 350 throwing codes P006B & P0472. The truck is tuned w/ sct x4, cold air intake, and 5" straight pipe out the back. I'm not building any low rpm boost what so ever for about 3-4 seconds after getting on the throttle and then it takes off like normal building boost. I have removed ebp sensor and tube and cleaned it to no avail as well as the map sensor. I read that you can test the sensors based upon their correlation to atmospheric pressure; map sensor was right on and ebp sensor was way above. After cleaning the carbon build up out of the ebp sensor and tube didn't work I tried running truck without ebp being plugged in because I read that that will tell you if ebp sensor is bad but it had no effect plugged in or not. Also prior to this problem when I stomped on the pedal my truck threw black smoke, no it doesn't what so ever(just threw this in there Bc I thought it may narrow it down.) Is there anything I can do before taking it to someone to fix? I don't have a lot of money to spend so any help would be great. Thanks in advance

Replace EBP with one from the dealership, the tube is probably ok as long as it can flow some exhaust and is not leaking.

When I unplugged ebp sensor would that not bypass weather it was bad or not? Or can it still effect the trucks ability to build boost in a timely manner? Thanks for the help

Without EBP you have no boost control. Unplugging only makes it dormant.
