2012 Back up Camera
I swapped out my tailgate with a gate with a man step. I swapped out the camera and the lock and wiring harness. Now all I get is a little blue screen in my rear view mirror. I checked the fuse in the power box and its fine. Is there another fuse or breaker I may have tripped or another issue I am missing?

You need to check your wiring connections. Sounds like your camera wiring is not connected properly.
Check the tailgate harness near the spare tire. Take apart and reconnect. If that doesn't fix the problem, then reset the camera plug on the camera itself.
