This is NOT an electronic problem. You cannot "pull up" the front door lock buttons - they only come up when the door handle is pulled from the inside or are operated electrically. The rears you can pull up.
I don't think anyone has ever had a problem getting out of their vehicle with this problem...just problems with getting the door to shut and stay shut.
Mine would not open, shutting it wasn't the issue. My front passenger door **** came up about half way with the key fob, enough to grab it, but wasn't fully up.

OK, that's a little different. I still think it is a variation of the same problem. Cold weather is causing things to stick.
I haven't had a frozen door lock in 20 years yet this morning the front passenger and rear drivers door locks were both frozen. Tried multiple times to get them unlock no luck. By the time I got home from a 10 mile run to town and back with the heat blasting on high the front passenger door unlocked, the rear drivers door still froze. I'm talking the lock ****, doesn't move up or down. It was 14 degrees this morning.
You must need to put some lukewarm water or spray de icer over the lock. Place it in the sun for sometime and the lock will get back to it's working position. This method has been given to me by Locksmith Cutlerbay a month ago. You must implement this for future problem.
I'm being plagued by this problem now as well. The rear locks will open via fob, the fronts will not (until the ambient temps come up). I've had to manually use the key to un-lock/lock the door. I can hear the relay clicking, but the lock wont move. Definitely frustrating.
my rear doors have been frozen from the outside a few times this winter, able to open them from the inside, i figure its from power washing the truck and a bit of moisture getting in there, It's almost over, spring is almost here!
Mine has been in the shop now for a week. They replaced with window belt molding, some cables inside and the door handle. However the hold up is for painting the door handle which i don't understand because it's a chrome handle. I am allegedly supposed to get it back today but until the temps drop i won't know if it's working. Dealer said way too much water getting in there so my new concern is what has all that water corroded in the door to this point? I may have to discuss his use of the word water vs. moisture and see exactly how wet or damp the inside of the door was when i pick it up.
