BCM question
about 2 weeks ago I purchased and installed some GTR red amour leds in my tail lights. Long story short, the bottom leds always stayed fully lit even if the brake wasn’t being pressed. I took the bottoms out and swapped the halogens back in and they functioned normally. So I decided to try some JDM leds and they function normally with no issues at all. I went ahead and Installed all jdm leds in the tails and it functions as it should. I left a fair review on GTR’s site and stated that another set worked but not the gtrs. Well, they didn’t post my review but they did email me. That stated that they just had another 17 SD have issues with these leds. They said he had a bad BCM and that was probably the issue with mine. They went on and said that their lights were good but it was my BCM and I should have it checked. Does this make sense considering my factory and JDM’s work perfectly?
