i have a 2001 f250 last night we had a good rain and this morning as i was backing down the driveway water came running down the passenger side floor board from under the dash i cant seem to find where it came from on the inside and can not find any standing water under the cowl where could it be coming from?
i was thinking windshield as well after i took off the cowl and looked everywhere but could not find a leak.
i looked around the intake vent for the hvac system but could not seem to find any evidence of a leak or a weak seal.
i guess i will wait for the crack in my windshield to get worse and and let them know while they replace it that i had a leak maybe they could have a look at the surface and find something that was not letting the windshield seal properly.
i know the windshield was replaced years ago and kind of remember my father in law telling me how water would leak into the truck after a hard rain but thankfully the truck has the vinyl floor and not carpet
