windshield leaks
I recently had my ’71 f100 windshield replaced by a pro. After the first good rain, I noticed a leak coming from inside the windshield pillar down to the bottom of my dash. I was able to isolate the leak to the top corners of the windshield seal. When I pull back the corner of the seal on the inside of the truck it is filled with water; not leaking inside, but still wet. I did metal repair and sealed the edges around the windshield opening before the glass was installed. Does this sound like a bad install, bad seal, or did I miss a step in my repairs? Should a sealant be used on the seal?
