Anyone using more that just a backup camera?
Did you install a video switcher to deal with the extra feeds?
I am thinking about adding a camera to the grill and using a
video switch so I can see the little cars when pulling into spots.
Don't really want to go around with a bug on the bumper or a
squished Honda car.
Anyway if you are or have I would like to know what your have used.
My head unit, a Kenwood, i think its a ddx593, has multiple inputs, which is how I have a rear and front camera. I will be adding a 4 channel dvr so I can add cameras on my travel trailer when on the road. The dvr has a remote that will switch or combine the various cameras to a single screen.
The head unit I have right now only has the one input.
So I am looking at this as a way to view more than the
rear view camera. It also will let you display a quad view
if you have the 4 cameras.
