I still do not understand why seat belts are not installed. In a car its illegal to not wear them at all times. But on a bus you you don't even have the option to put on a lap belt. When I fly, one of the first items I do before engines start, is put on my lap belt.

For some weird reason seat belts are not installed or required in Sk school buses Ian, maybe all buses period while in cars it`s illegal to to drive not wear them.

Good afternoon guys.
Most nights we are in the single digit temps, day time is usually only in the teens still. We should be much warmer than its been by mid April. Seems many places are a lot cooler than normal. We should be in the teens at night by now, and 30 by mid afternoon.

Something really weird is happening here.....snow is finally melting off of the roof here.

There`s a few muddy places here too Perry, for the most part it`s still ice and snow patches.
We`re lot cooler than normal here Ian, some hope for later this month but it`s a late spring.
Finally we`re out of the minus teens and above zero John. We may have snow tomorrow but I hope it melts right away.
