Hello Perry, likely the only half decent weather anywhere is in the west. It`s still winter here for at least the next week or so.

Sunny here today and finally up to 8 C.
It is about a 2.5 hour drive east on the Trans Canada hwy Morris. Not very far at all thankfully. Took us 4 hours to get there though because we stopped for a soak in some nice hot springs along the way.
That gives you a nice break and a chance to relax John.
That would be a nice trip Ian, not too far at all.
Very cold till the end of this week, at least another week after that were it may finally get above zero.
