Spoke with SDtrucksprings and they quoted me for a X/B swap (their site says they do not have V codes)
Just FYI, I dunno why, but according to the spring info "we" use as a reference point for Ford branded leaf springs ("we" = internet forums), information that was put together by a forum user who posted here, but mainly resided at TDS back in '05, the different aftermarket spring company's have different specs for their alphabet branded leaf springs when compared to the corresponding Ford spring.
When Junior and ATS came on board as SV's, him and I talked about this and he stated that according to the industry spec book, ATS uses the same specs Ford supposedly did when they had their springs made. I'm really starting to wonder now if the info we've been going by all this time is as precise as we've always believed.

This.
Matching specs be darned, I think Junior has made quite a few users very happy with the springs he's suggested to them.

That looks a lot like the front spring on my truck. I have an Icon front lift on my truck and the local 4x4 shop said my springs were made by Deaver for Icon.
i already have the site, i have the spring kits for front and rear in the cart already. Everyone talks about junior hooking them up, i didnt know if he was someone on the forum who worked there or something

He is.
Below you will see that Tom has tagged Junior, who will get notified of the tag, and the link will lead him here, where he'll see the posts, and then probably PM you.

Or, since Junior is off of the weekends, you can always do a pre-emptive PM and send him one first.
So, I know this is an old thread, and I hope this message gets noticed. I just had a friends shop put the X and C code springs from ATS on my 2004 Ex. and included the adjustable track bar and Bilstein shocks. For some reason, my front axle is now around 2" farther forward on the left side, than it is the right. Very noticeable just by looking at the wheel and how it is not centered in the opening.
I am in the process of taking some measurements and looking everything over right now, but thought I would throw this message up and see if anyone has any thoughts on this. The pins are in the holes, and everything seems to be kosher as far as the installation goes, but there is this huge difference right to left in the angle of the axle. The steering wheel is also 180 degrees off, but I expected that and am sure that will be corrected with a proper alignment. I am really sort of stumped as to why this installation (short of being sent the wrong parts), would have cocked the axle like this. The springs appeared to match perfectly when we had them on the shop floor.

Springs are installed correctly, and the pins seem to be in their respective holes. Measuring from the front eye bolt to the u-bolt on both sides, it looks like there is only about 1/8" difference from one side to the other. Scratchin' my brain, here. The vehicle records show no evidence of it ever being wrecked, but that doesn't mean it never happened, I guess. Gonna crawl under there and take some more measurements.
I did not have an gross issues when installing mine but did not take any real measurements than the eyeball test and the fact that I did all the work so knew exactly what was done. I kept the original track bar and it was a bear to get re-installed.
Have you driven it much to see if things have settled and possibly "normalized"? My axle seemed like it shifted a little outward due to the new springs being a little taller. Once I had it on the ground and drove it for a little bit things seemed to get back to normal after some miles on the new parts.
Small thread hijack/tangent. Ordered some B codes to replace the factory spring, not to mod. I have u-bolts ordered that are 5/8 X 3-5/8 X 12-1/2. Does anyone know if these will work?
Not sure but I do know there is more than one option for the shackles so make sure the size and shape match what you have now.
Did you measure the ones on your truck now? Granted the length might not be exact since they are TTY. You can also have your dealership look up your u-bolt specs (When I ordered my first replacements I went through the dealership and they matched me up based on my VIN).
The rest of my springs were ordered through ATS and Junior sent me what I needed.
