Hi all, my 2007 F350 crew cab DRW 4x4 started missing on Saturday and today is smoking excessively and throwing the P0269 and P0611 DTCs. The truck has a BPD EGR and their big oil cooler and filter relocation, and is straight piped. The Deltas have not changed with these symptoms, and using torque pro, the FMP is constant 54v.
P0611 is an FICM malfunction that in my opinion could contribute to the p0269 which is a cylinder contribution problem. What are your ficm voltages not running and running. Your probably looking at an ficm repair. If so I'd contact Ed at ficmrepair.com
So, I have a call in to Ed. In the meantime, I checked the FICM voltage and it's 58.6 not running, cranking and running. This seems high, but I know that there are mods to raise it to 54. I know little about the history of the truck, but could high voltage be the issue?

I wouldn't rule out it has been reworked to a 54v but would also not rule out too much voltage is a bad thing.
I have not read much about the whole 54v FICM mod but what little I have read was there is an arguement for the actual need for it, and the potential for trouble it might cause.

Does this sound like a failing FICM?
If you rule out the FICM - then your truck is probably miserably cold. Plug in the block heater to get you through winter, and plan on installing new injector seals this spring or summer.
There's something wrong, just trying to figure out what😔
If you neber had a 611 code and now do with no hardware change on the FICM, then your code is not voltage mod related.
I am am on vacation this week, but if you call the shop at the 515-897-4459 number and leave a message for me, I should be able to get you called back later this afternoon pretty easily.
