Hi Guys an Gals. I have a 77 F-150 and I am doing the T-Bird caliper up grade. Before I order up the 77 T-Bird calipers I need to find the 7/16-24 banjo bolts for the SS flex lines. I have had NO luck here in Southern Ontario in locating a pair. Where, if any place, do you find them, It's like looking for hens teeth, or a needle in a haystack .
I tried to send you a message papajon ..... but your mail box was FULL!
On 12-23-16 I revised my Brakes thread with an additional bit of info then, hoping you'ld see it.

I was just in the basement and took a peak in my box with my SS brake lines and adapters which I may someday use .... or sell if I sell the truck .... and there was the receipt and packaging for the Fragola Perf Sys # 650154 Banjo Bolts 7/16-24 which I used with the modified T-Bird Calipers and OEM style F-150 brake hoses after drilling the block end from 3/8 to 7/16" as detailed above.
In my case, I originally was gonna use the SS ... but my OEM hoses were near new. What I liked about the way I did it is once moddded carefully as I did, the hoses lock into position like OEM.

Those SS Flex Lines you are speaking of .... do they have the "block" on the caliper end or are they straight lines which use adapters?? IF they have the OEM style F150 block on the caliper end, the above will work. IF they are straight ended hose that use adapters, all those numbers are in that other thread.
Thanks Mike and sorry Tbear. I had seen that my Mail box was full yesterday. So I emptied it. Again thanks so much for the info and yes mine is the OEM style with the block.

No problem, glad it helped ...... but now I'm curious .... what / where did they come from?
Sorry it took so long to answer. Those are not the SS lines I got. Mine are from Pargon in California. Cost me $129.89 CDN to my door in Ontario. I am having problems with the t-bird Caliper part #s. My supplier has the 18-4083 and 18-4084 but they have a 3/8-20 banjo bolt. He is going top get one in for tomorrow ( Saturday) and check the piston dia. foe me. May be the right ones. Will let you know.
OK An up date on my '77 2wd brake upgrade. I FINALLY got the right Cardone calipers and the 7/16-24 banjo bolts. Now the SS lines from Paragon have a small enough banjo block that NO grinding mods were needed. Bonus !!!! The only thing left is to put the pices together AFTER I paint the frame. I will keep you posted.
Not to hijack but if anyone is doing the small caliper t-bird9bi bird) caliper upgrade, I have found these lines that I use and work, but did have to grind the caliper edge a hair, but at the price could not go wrong, I used these on my 75 Bronco build. Correct caliper Bolts were sourced from Ebay as wel or BC Broncos. Paid under $25 for the kit $15 for the bolts.

Look close at those T-Bird calipers. They usually are NOT relieved around the banjo bolt hole to allow the block to side squarely on the machined surface with a sealing washer.
