1976 f250 fuel pump eccentric

Need help with my eccentric for fuel pump. I have a 390 and had to change out the timing chain and gears. I went from a single to a double roller, edelbrock 7808. I have a two piece eccentric from old timing chain and need to know if I can install it tight, or swap to a one piece. If I can use a one piece any recommendations. The old timing chain gear has an off set to accomadate the two piece design. Edelbrock gear is flat. Thanks

I ran into the same problem. Ended up getting a fender washer and fabbing a spacer to give the eccentric the necessary space to work.
A fender washer has a large OD and is relatively thin.
