Do you have a picture of the part, or where it's located on the truck. If no pic, what do these tubes carry? Are they from the heater core? Are they air or AC vent hoses?

In this parts breakdown, part 18472 (at the top right of the page) is the heater hose.

This is not a tube, it's 5/8" I.D. heater hose.

18472 is the basic Ford part number for rubber heater hose, 1961/79 F100/350's used 5/8" I.D. hose.

Usually dealers installed cut-to-fit bulk 5/8" hose.

At one time, FoMoCo sold an approximately 5' long 5/8" heater hose w/a preformed 90 degree end: C8OZ-18472-B / Obsolete

There are 4 of these hoses available NOS, but a similar hose might be available at auto parts stores.

AFAIK: The inlet & outlet tubes of the heater core poke thru the firewall. This is the way 1961/66 heater cores did.

OK. Now I understand. If you show that picture to NAPA and they can't get the part, you could make the 90 deg elbows from copper pipe fittings. Then use straight piecies of rubber hose for the rest. Or you could make an access panel there.
