Never heard of someone doing a backwards conversion, but where there's a will and a way, anything is possible. Oh yeah, a large bank account or credit line too.
Seriously though, why do you want to do this? Do you have a 6.0 truck now that isn't running, but like the "better suspension and or interior " options? Just a fun project?
