where did you get the IPR from?
Have you cranked engine with valve covers off to make sure no orings were cut?
What was the duty cycle doing while cranking at that 140 psi. It should have been from my experience 50% and rising or there about.
We had your same issue on my brothers truck a while back and at 300k a new IPR and t500 and it runs better than it had in 100k. More pep in its step for sure.
what do you mean when your talking about ( duty cycle )
IPR is measured in duty cycle% .on vs off . letting oil back to tank to control pressure vs flow rate.
ICP is pressure.
Pressure is regulated via IPR based on ICP feedback psi.
